1. Return Period
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
Underwear and lingerie
Swimwear
Accessories (such as earrings, masks, etc.)
Sale or clearance items

Our team will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
Ship your item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Need a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to help!
Contact us before returning your item so we can reserve your exchange item and speed up the process.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wearvios.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
