All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once it has been shipped.


Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Times


Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:


Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days


International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors.


3. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.


Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, as stated in our promotions or on our website.


4. Tracking Your Order


Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes


For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages


If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@wearvios.com. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package and ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.


7. Incorrect Address


Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

wearvios is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
